After a childhood spent in the city, it is no surprise that I wanted to get out and explore the world. I now spend my time focusing on adventures and helping others to achieve their goals in the outdoors.

This hasn’t always been the case. I worked as a Marketing Manager in Oxford for ten years before a major career change into the outdoors, where my excellent communication skills, customer care and passion for the mountains are very useful.

I gained the International Mountain Leader award, becoming a member of the British Association of International Mountain Leaders. Following another big life change, I am now living la dolce vita in Italy, where I am an Accompagnatore di Media Montagna, and a member of the Collegio Regionale Guide Alpine Lombardia. In addition to Italy, I work regularly in the UK, Switzerland and Tanzania. It takes many years of dedication to develop the required skills to qualify as an International Mountain Leader and this qualification is kept up to date with regular CPD.

I am also an accredited DofE trainer, supervisor and assessor, working internationally, training and assessing candidates on all levels of the award.
