Our goal was Jebel Toubkal, the highest mountain in North Africa at 4,167m, but we also managed to explore further up the valley reaching the two summits of Ouanoukrim - Ras and Timesguida. We initially hiked up to the Refuge du Toubkal (Les Mouflons) from Imlil with a donkey and her herder. We started early the following day to reach the first summit.
